Bug or bad update of the game?

It's been 3 days since the game Pokemon GO does not make the correct synchronization with Ingress portals, this has happened before but we never received a response from NIA, this leaves us with many doubts.

Is it a bug? did the NIA intern forget to activate it? or is it a simple NIA routine to verify things about the cells? 

This globally affects many players who wait for their stops in time and form, I hope we have a solution.
