Why was this nomination rejected in your opinion?
How can I improve it?
Is it worth re-nominating it?
The mural represent a cartoon worm similar to the videogame ones, in hip hop style.
There's a tree in front of it though.

This doesnt look like official art, more like vandalim. Doesnt meet criteria in my eyes. If you could proove that this is official, then put a link in the extra information.
