Don't want to keep submitting but wrongly rejected

I have a location that's been wrongly rejected twice. I take a picture of the sign which list the activities of the area. It is public and also has a walking trail, fishing dock, public boat ramp, parking, and portapotty.
It gets denied for being a natural object but yet I take a picture of the sign. It doesn't fit any of the rejection criteria and is actually listed as exactly what Niantic is looking for. I tried messaging Niantic about abuse of reviewers, not abuse of submitters but they just tell me to resubmit.
I also don't want to keep submitting it just to negatively affect my rating in some way. But it's wrong and the reason for denial is completely wrong. I even tried to submit the public boat ramp which is little known and it was denied for same reason.

Sign for Prime Hook Bird Watching and Fishing Area
Description:
A little known hotspot for fishing and bird watching. Adequate parking available and portapotty. Area also has a dock, boat ramp, and path to horseshoe crab sanctuary available.
Recent submission: low educational content sign, might be mass produced. Otherwise great place for exploration. 2-4* depending on the reviewer.
Old submission: doesnt meet criteria. Just a fence and a mass produced sign.
Boat Ramp: simply doesnt meet criteria, at least I wouldnt know what kind of criteria it should meet. A sign might make it eligeble as a marker.
Don't put too much zoom on the sign as reviewers might think that you are simply submitting a "rules and regulation sign" which is usually not eligible.
Don't use "Sign for" in the title, name it "Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge".
If there is the only sign for that place, then it may help to explain in the additionnal information that there are no others signs for this place and it's not simply a rules and regulation sign but also acts as a "welcome/name sign".
Help reviewers by giving informations about how this is a nice place for exploration.
This is from old guidelines but the advices might help you :
Agree with Luke about the 2 others submissions : gate and ramp (without sign) are not eligible.
The sign is actually unique to the area. It is an area that leads to the horseshoe crab sanctuary in Fowlers Beach. This counts as the "hiking" on the sign as it is quite a walk. Different parts of Prime Hook have different signs related to the activities allowed in the vicinity of the sign.
What should I do for the trail? It has a gate to allow state/federal vehicles, including emergency vehicles down, however, it stays closed as only walking/hiking is allowed. There is a sign that says walking only no vehicles. Would that count for the path?
The ramp has a sign and was in the image, just hard to read because of the quality that it is uploaded in. Although signs may be generic ramp signs as I think they are the same at other parks.
In regards to the sign, I originally didn't use "sign for" but after they denied it for being a natural object I submitted it like that. I'll make sure not to resubmit it again like that. Trying to understand why it was turned down.
The fishing dock I submitted in the area was approved, but no specific sign was with it. Essentially I submitted; the park sign, the boat ramp, the dock, and the trail. I was shocked no one submitted them in the area.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We're not currently reviewing Pokéstop/Gym candidates. Please resubmit the nomination by improving its title/description if you feel that it was a valid nomination.
