Help with pokestop nomination - rejected

Hi I recently got a pokestop approved, this was of a cultural wall mural here in Northern Ireland. I then made 2 more nominations for other similar murals which are very close to the one I got approved. These are totally different pictures, these two were rejected. Can anyone please tell me why they would be rejected and how do I get them accepted.

You should use unique name and descriptions for each one.
The description of the second states that it's UFF, but that's the third one.
Are those private houses (single family)? In that case all of them are invalid.
There are 2 UFF murals, both they are different images. They are on end terrace houses which can be seen from quite far away, you do not need to enter any private property.

Sorry, but the distance from which they can be seen doesn't matter. People should be able to "touch" the wayspot without entering a private house.
Even if it's on the public/outdoor side of the wall, it's still considered private residential property by Niantic.
Niantic rule is simple :
I hate the rule so much. Niantic should be aware of places like Newtown, where everything is considered a terrace or villa, and there really is nothing else these nominations could be on.
ESPECIALLY when they are coupled with low quality photo reject reasons which is atrocious.
