I reported it as a Fake Nomination while on review. But alas, it got accepted. The "mural" is nothing more than a transparent PNG image (probably taken from https://pnghut.com/png/xLQHp6YcwM/winter-night-landscape-painting-oil-art-canvas-bob-ross-transparent-png ) photoshopped onto a blank wall. While reporting it, I found another Fake Nomination that got accepted right around the corner:
Title of the Portal: Paisaje natural

Same modus operandi: a Bob Ross painting as a transparent PNG image (found on https://www.pngwing.com/en/free-png-ngvqo) photoshopped onto a blank wall.
I hope that these fake Wayspots will be removed before more photoshopped images are accepted.
