How long does it take for an invalid wayspot report to be reviewed?

I went out with a friend in early December and we stumbled upon a wayspot that was on private residential property (it's an old post office that was converted into a single family dwelling back in 1978, so not really sure how it got accepted in the first place as it is a relatively new wayspot and is obviously PRP when looking at street view). He sent a report and got a confirmation email saying the report was received, but 7 weeks later has not heard back, and the wayspot still exists on the Ingress Intel map.
In the meantime, I've been checking on here (he doesn't use the forum), and seeing people get responses to invalid wayspot reports that were submitted only a couple of weeks ago. Is there any reason why his report is still unresolved after this amount of time when other people are getting really quick turn around on their reports?

It can take < 60 minutes but also over a year. Normally, it takes like a day, but sometimes, it needs way longer.
You can try to send another report, hopefully you will have an answer in 1 or 2 days
