"upgrade next" does not change to "Upgraded"

I have a few upgrades, already put "upgrade next" to a nomination but it did not use the upgrade I have.
non of my upgrade was redeemed. is it a bug ?

This can happen on newly submitted nominations with stored upgrades. Normally, it doesnt take longer than 24 hours to get the upgrade
Thank you, it's now changed to "upgraded"
Llevo meses asi con una "siguiente actualización", tengo acumulada dos mejoras disponible, y la solicitud nunca cambio el estado de "siguiente actualización" a "actualizado"
