This wayspot has been removed last week after this appeal : https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/12238/invalid-wayspot-appeal-larbre. You we were mislead by Blaumut-ING's report who claimed that the electrical (or communication) box was removed. The Street View's screenshot he provided is dated from 2012. No, this box wasn't removed, it's still there and functionnal (you can see the new version of this box on a 2019 Street View picture). We can't say the painting is still there but the box is, and I don't think they cleaned it before installing the bungalow. This installation is temporary as you can read on the sign on the picture below ("Installation temporaire de bungalows de chantier" in French). The box is still visible from behind.
Please restore this wayspot.
Comments
If the painting isn't there anymore, the removal is correct. The electric box wasn't the wayspot, the painting was.
You should try and prove that the painting is still there.
Let Blaumut-ING proves that the painting was removed first then...
I see your point, but in reality the wayspot has already been removed. To turn that decision around (no matter if it was correct or not), you have to provide proof that it still exists.
Also, I'm not entirely convinced that your pictures show the same electric box. The one on the portal photo has a painted concrete base, while yours doesn't appear to. Sure, it's possible that during the construction, the base was covered with dirt, but it doesn't help your case, either.
Sorry, I forgot to post the most important picture...
At present, the object does not have pedestrian access, which is more than enough reason to remove a Wayspot. This is show by your own photographs while construction occurs at the site.
You can reach this wayspot as a pedestrian if you are allowed to enter the bungalow, just like many other wayspots. And you are at 2 meters from it if you stand next to the building...
If the box and painting really still exist there, the portal should be restored. The thing is more accessible and visible than a certain low quality portal on a private balcony.
Yeah, the wayspot does not have a pedestrian acces actually.
The low quality portal was in a multi-private property if i am not wrong. In this case the wayspot is inaccessible because the works.
I doubt that you can get to the wayspot by foot because there is no space in the sidewalk. Not really safe to go there.
When the bungalows are taken by the contractor, it should be accessible (if the painting is still there)
Sorry, but getting within a couple of meters doesn't count, and there are currently barriers that prevent anyone for physically reaching it. If no one can reach it at the present time do to the barriers, that means it doesn't have pedestrian access. Perhaps when the barriers are removed and the painting is still there, you can make an appeal. But at present, it doesn't have pedestrian access.
Your report claimed that the box was removed, not that the portal was dangerous to reach... Nice to see how you change your mind now you see your report was fake...
Workers can acces it, so that's enough
I agree. If the painting still exists, it should be reinstated. It must be accessible to at least someone, at least for construction workers. If it's a construction site, it cannot have any spot that's inaccessible to anyone, for work safety reasons - every part of the site must be accessible somehow in case of an accident orother mishap.
Still no review from Niantic about this appeal ?

I'm posting again as you still haven't processed my previous appeal : https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/12362/removed-portal-appeal-larbre
This wayspot has been removed after this fake appeal : https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/12238/invalid-wayspot-appeal-larbre. You we were mislead by Blaumut-ING's report who claimed that the electrical (or communication) box was removed. The Street View's screenshot he provided is dated from 2012. This box wasn't removed, it's still there and so is the painting. Actually the painting is even protected by a plastic bag and is of course accessible by people who need to work on the box or those going in the bungalow. The bungalow is a temporary installation.
Please restore this wayspot.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Portal.
