候補の選出ができない

前回、候補の選出を行った最終日が1/13でした。そこから14日が経過したはずなのですが、新しくWaySpotの候補を申請することが出来ません。これは不具合でしようか？

You will get your nomination back on the exact time you made the submission + 14 days. Maybe you will get them back later this day
ごめんなさい。理由が判明しました。前回、候補の受付が完了したとの返信メールをいただいたのが日付が替わる18分前でした。まだその時刻にいたったませんので、もう少し待ってみます。
