Had These War Graves Rejected In Just A Couple Of Hours, What Do You Think?

With the recent talk of organised groups of people rejecting things en-mass it's making me worried. This one went from being in the queue to being rejected in only a couple of hours; normally it takes at least a day for things I've submitted to get accepted or rejected. I'm a bit suspicious. Would you have given it a favourable review?
I provided links to several webpages showing the do exist and where to find them. Was just told they don't meet criteria. If these genuinely don't meet the criteria then fair enough but now I'm just really on edge because of all the reports of people "mass rejecting" to get "upgrades" and it's making me suspcious.

Those look like they wouldn't be eligible. For a grave/burial to be eligible, the person has to be incredibly notable. There's isn't any definitive guidence about what is notable enough for a person's burial site, but being a veteran usually isn't enough sadly.
For the cemetery itself, the cemetery has to be historic or culturally significant in nature. Usually on a historic registry somewhere or featured in some famous media production or historical event.
- The description states they are burials.
- Niantic never stated that tombstones in cemeteries without remains count as memorials. That's something only you and @Gabriel0322-PGO ever tried to argue.

I don't find anything in that post conclusive or necessarily helpful.
I agree with the general consensus. I would likely rejected. If there is a mass dedication or information plaque somewhere, that might do better.
From January 2020 clarifications:
- Acceptable: Headstones, statues or memorials dedicated to a historical figure, someone who is significant to the local community, or groups of individuals. For example, a WWII Veteran memorial.
- Not acceptable: Signs at the entrance of cemeteries, cemetery directories, other headstones or memorials (regardless of how visually unique or artistic they are), or funeral homes.
I know we still need better guidance, I think most read that as a memorial for veteranS, not just one, and a series of headstones would still be ineligible.

Also families would feel disrespected in those kind of POI, with the gravestones and names.
Sorry @AScarletSabre-PGO but this is a pretty back POI, better just move on and maybe submit something like @Gendgi wrote it down as Acceptable by Jan, 2020.
I would also have rejected them, sorry.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the insight. I understand the need for better guidance and hope this can provided in the future. Hopefully somebody will see this topic and it will influence them for the better.
