how come i havent gotten an answer to my nominations?

Hello ALL! New here.... just a few questions.
I have nominated two locations back in October and have yet to get an answer to rather it was declined or approved. Why is that? My brother-in-law has nominated quite a few places and received answers with-in weeks! Am i doing something wrong? Please help!

When did your brother in law submit? Was it in the last four or so months as well? Things sort of bogged down around October of last year. I haven’t had any decisions made on any I submitted around then without an upgrade. Try that.

Things slowed down around May-June in my area.
@ImSoKhou-PGO Are you reviewing to earn and apply upgrades on your nominations? Or just letting them sit and wait?
I'm currently waiting 6+ months unless I upgrade.
resolution speed depends heavily on location. Things I nominate in my city (major population center, with lots of players) can take looooooooong to get through the system (I haver one that's been in voting since last July). On the other hand, if I go to a smaller settlement where I used to work ~30 kilometres away, my nominations are usually resolved within 2 weeks max.
Orders take a certain time depending on the cell L9 in which it is located and the number of local evaluators that it has

i probably reviewed 3 times, and each time i submitted a lot of reviews. I didnt know that by reviewing, i could earn and apply upgrades. Thank you so much for the info, much appreciated!!!

Also, did your brother-in-law upgrade? Things get through pretty quick after an upgrade is applied. If no upgrade is relevant here, then see what others said about location, location, location.
