The reason for the rejection: The photo should be from a third party.
Seriously? I took the photo on site and live. I think that's an absolute cheek.

It's well known that rejection reasons are not always accurate, although the rejection itself often is.
Does your camera watermark photos? If so, that would be the cause. Turn that off.
