If it is on private residiential property, school grounds, interferes with emergency services, or does not have safe pedestrian access, the answer to that is no. Those conditions overrule all other criteria.
At first glance it looks like these particular notices don't change often. In the supporting info, you need to explain how frequently they change and why the information is beneficial to the community. So, for example, does the menu change daily or weekly? Does the Tea Menu change? When not under COVID restrictions does it list classes residents can take, like for exercising together? Does it list volunteer opportunities neighbors can sign up for? If it really gives information residents can *use* it's a good candidate. But if it is just a way to advertise how to rent an apartment or get in touch with property management, it is no better than a billboard.
These are often difficult to get approved. The best candidates would allow residents of the neighborhood to post their own notices about projects, clubs, and meetings they are involved with. Something that is just a one way communication tool from management to residents is less "community" focused.
There's a famous quote, often misattributed to Albert Einstein, that says "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
@sogNinjaman-ING I’m assuming there’s something better to submit here as well just from looking at the sign board. Also @everyone Wouldn’t his chances be better to just submit this as an informational sign board for community related news? I’ve seen some of those accepted before so asking not only for myself but to make everyone’s knowledge on the matter better
this is not a signboard for community news though... its an ad for the apartment building with temporary covid stuff on it. Its not eligible. If it was a bulletin board for the community to post info then sure maybe. This how ever is not. The covid stuff on there is obviously temporary as well which doesnt help
@Jtronmoore-PGO thank you for that. will help the reviewer if he were to try to submit it again later on. This one is best just left alone. Next submission. That’s the way I see it. There’s always another opportunity somewhere else

Can we see the nominations that you submitted? Maybe we can offer advice?
I agree ☝️
The description/ supporting info will be the deciding factor if this isn’t on private property
Thats essentially an ad for the apartments. It is NOT eligible.

doesnt look like a valid poi within accepted criteria. thats the reason maybe 8 times deny..

It's an advertising sign board for a Hotel as far as I can see. Meets no criteria - 1*.

I'm assuming you've promoted the actual hotel and are just looking for a bonus sign POI.
Is this a great spot to gather? A great spot to exercise? A great spot to explore?
If not, and it looks like not to me, why do you think it qualifies?
@Nikbond009-PGO
As far as I can see this has no historical value or significant social attributes. So that would be a Dr.Evil from me.
