I can't create a Pokéstop

Hi! First of all sorry for my bad English.

I reached level 38, but i cannot submit for a Pokéstop because the app says that I have to connect an email or a Facebook account. But the problem is that I have connected both Facebook and the email address, but this message won't go away.

What can I do?

You will have to contact support through the game app first and see what is the problem.

There have been massive problems with this. As far as I know, you need to delink facebook and use your google account. But I cant guarante this. Maybe someone else can. Otherwise, try restarting your phone or de- and reinstalling PGO.
