Hello, I’ve recently come back to Pokémon go and noticed that every Pokémon I encounter on the road just runs away. I’m an otr truck team-driver so when it’s not my shift I like to play Pokémon go while the truck is in motion. I feel that it is not fair that I am penalized for always being on the road when being over the road is basically my life. How do I get actual live support and a solution for this problem? Don’t think a game I put money in to should penalize me for cheating when I’m not.

I’m not playing while driving just when the truck is in motion off shift. Where do I go to complain? Lol.

Then you can't do anything. The game isn't purposed to be played while you're in a high speed, even if you're not the one who driving.

It is a deliberate feature to discourage people from playing or trying to play Pokemon while driving. Ingress is the same, there is a speed lock.
Then again, wait for a big traffic holdup that tails back for miles and miles and only moves forwards at a walking pace. Great for hatching eggs......
Generally speaking. If the speed in the vehicle is over 100km/h pokemon will run no matter what you do.
Ive sat in a friends car while doing a long trip and popped an incense to get spawns. Like I’m sure you have done. If its over 100km/h they will run. There is no solution to this other than to go slower
