Graffiti art: Can be eligeble, great place for exploration
Graffiti tag: ineligeble
Vandalism: normally not eligeble.
How likely is it that the property owner will want to preserve it instead of painting over it?
As an old guy, I have a hard time distinguishing between good graffiti art and bad graffiti tags.
I just wish people didn't nominate junk. It is vandalism after all
