Why can't i get accepted at wayfarer

I have tried twice to create an account to wayfarer!! Tse second time i successfully passed the procedure but i was still denied to proceed telling me i still need a little more time understanding tse criterias!!! Why is that???

If you failed the test twice, you wont get a third chance.
