'Community' Bells

And it's not just a generic bells or those you can see at churches. Anyone who play Minecraft should probably know this type of bell and its purpose.
Just reviewing this, it's a wooden bell installed in the neighborhood.
Description:
"A large wooden bell installed at Seruni Street, this bell is usually used to gather the community if there's an unexpected incident (in that neighborhood) like theft, **** of someone and alert sign at night. Information given by this bell is usually recognized based on the intonation to the beat."
And that's for the description. Any bells installed at the neighborhood in my country like this will have the same purpose.
What would you guys think about this?

2) I think they're quite cool. As a visitor, I'd like to know they exist and how they were used. I'd vote elegible under exploration, then accepted or noy on their individual merits.
