Additional information: This is an old building (1907) that used to be a Catholic church, now it is a cultural center with strong connection to church. Here are a note about it on the local cultural website:

So, with the fresh photosphere and the note you can see that the building have nothing to do with the school nearby, it was there long before it, and there is even a fence between them.
Moreover, before the removal of the wayspot it used to be a gym in PoGo,... that, what a coincidence, poped up after the removal of another good gym in the area. In general, it's the last out of six portals that disappeared in this exact area during last 2 years.
This one was removed just after one of "local" infamous cheater got the gold bage of this gym. It's keep happening all over the town and we can do nothing with that. A lot of wayspots (gym/pokestop) near homes and work of people he doesn't like was removed, moved away or reverted to pokestop due to his reports/votes from numerous accounts in PoGo/Ingess/Wayfarer. To say nothing of a lot of wayspots that he named or renamed with his own name or with some stupid joke about members of community.
It's not the first my appeal here and sadly not the last because mostly I care anough here to do it. Some wayspots was removed and brought back several times. Can we get any chance to stop it?
P.S.: yeah, reporting cheater's accounts gave no results at all. The same with a lot of photos in the portal.

What evidence do you have that shows that the building is separate from the school?
Also, while looking around on the Intel Map, I see another Wayspot (Пейзажный забор) that appears to be on private residential property and subject to removal.
Hm... Well... Any photo ever have a fence behind the building that separates them and it's just another organisation. It can be clearly seen even on the photosphere. There is clear pedestrian way from parking to the gates, but all of that is away from the building. We just don't have churches at schools. Now it's more like museum/cultural enlightenment center (that's its name). Or you think that nearest tall living buildings are also school property or something?
And about another Wayspot... It's just a corner of fence and large building in the open and clear sideway (or how it's called). Here are original photos. Everything is fine there.
