Change Cell17 Gym

in the big cell that has 18 stops in but the stop that will become gym is currently in voting to be moved. Imwondering if it will stay a gym if the other two stops appear first before the creating of the gym and subsequent move

so im saying if this will become gym and the move will be accepted after will it remain gym when it change the cell17?

Niantic has altered their algorithm so that people can't trying to manipulate Gym creation.

In other words, there's no guarantee if your desired stop will become a Gym.
