Object vs info table about object

In there is some object as existing waypoint (museum, castle, park, playground, sculpture, tree, anything...), and there is an info table, informing about this object right in front of it, should it be marked as duplicate?
And what would be better to submit?

I would approve both, when th einformation sign gives more information than just the name of the object. Normally, such objects often get rejected by Niantics system due to proximity rules.

I would mark one as a duplicate of the other. They are both part of the same display. As for which one is better, it really depends on the situation.
