Lying about the history of a business!

I came upon a nomination for a casino ya know where gambling, smoking and drinking is allowed...yes families are allowed to go in amd eat at restaurants inside though so i felt like they should have nominated the restaurant for its famous breakfast...but nope instead they lied about how long the casino has existed and how the city was founded etc. problem is I happen to know the history facts about both casinos since im an an old local and friend of family who built the casinos and they were using the history for a casino that is in the state capital with the same name. i rated 1* but then I got a gift from that same place a week later so its a waypoint now. Are casinos even allowed? arent they adult oriented so not eligible? and should i have marked abuse if i happen to know the nomination history is incorrect? coffee shops has quickly turned into any bussiness that isnt a chain...so its getting harder.

casinos are 1* -> doesnt meet criteria. 18+ stuff is not allowed.

The restaurant (if open to all family) could be an eligible nomination if it meets all criterias and requirements for restaurant and local business such as being a hot spot for the community.

The casino itself is not eligible. Adult oriented business : 1* -> Location -> "inappropriate".

Otherwise, deliberately lying about history could also be a case of abuse.
