At 21h34 local time (est) I received a new review (title: iyycburg). I left the review page. When I re-visited the review page at 21h36, there was a different nomination on screen (Leslie Medical Centre). No review was submitted on 'iyycburg'. Less than 20 minutes had passed since that review was first presented. Windows10, firefox.
