Got a cooldown for no reason

Got a 24-hour cooldown after reviewing just two (2!) nominations!

Both were obvious 5* nominations, which I rated correctly and waited 5 minutes for each.

And why did I get a cooldown then?

How come this still happens after months and months of players complaining?

Wayfarer system is deeply broken and needs a complete redo.

Also my agreements did not translate from my Ingress account to my PokemonGO account even though both are using same email address. Another bug that is still not fixed.

I am also discouraged by this situation, even if I respect all the recommendations, I get frozen every week, which is causing me to feel less willing to evaluate every day.

I see a lot of people getting cooldowns.

The last time I had a cooldown was over a year ago. Maybe take more time for each review (at least 20 seconds) and in total dont rush through the nominations. That helped me a lot. Since I am waiting for 20+ seconds per review, I never had a cooldown anymore.

It's not that, it's running out of nominations to review in your area. When you run out, you get hit with a cooldown until a certain amount of nominations are made in your community, or until a certain amount of time has passed. It's a rubbish system, and Niantic staff don't care about your feelings or opinions so they generally don't respond with anything to do with cooldowns.

Hi there,

When you receive the message that there are no more locations for you to review it simply means that, for your location settings, you have reviewed all possible locations able to be reviewed by you at that time. The number of reviews you're able to do may change from session to session depending on your review activity and agreement rate but this just means that you've run out of things to review.

This has no impact on any pending nominations

It happens randomly from time to time. Submitting a review after 20+ secounds and always selecting a category helps though.
