Areyou submitting in India? There, Niantic is currently reviewing nominations aswell. I do believe that there it can happen that the nomination disappeares or like in your case get rejected without rejection reasons.
I know but Why this got rejected . this one is eligible
For this, you would need to send pictures of your nomination.
