The above pokestop was accepted following the event in Chester UK , however it has disappeared. It disappeared at the same time that Google had a glitch but never reappeared. I tried to nominate it again but it was rejected as a duplicate but it does not show for players. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry I’m not on Ingress but the stop is definitely not showing in game for trainers to spin !
It's still there in Ingress, so if it has been removed only from Pokemon, the Niantic staff here will tell you to contact the support for that specific game.
In this case, the first reason that an outsider can provide as why it's no longer there it's because the owners have requested its removal, although I might be wrong.
I thought that may be the case !
