Additional information: This playground is in the middle of a day care center for kids, what is somethink like a kindergarten. so there is no public access. to proof it here is a link that shows all public playgrounds in this city: https://www.neuried.net/Spielplaetze.html. also you can see there is a huge fence around the playground. so there is no way that i can use my weopons optimal, since i cant walt direct to the portal because there is no public access. the kindergarten is also registered in google, you can also see this on the screen. since there is no public access, would it be posibble to move the playground to the sidewalk so that the ingressplayer can make better uses of the weapons?

Nope, the Nia team will delete the whole POi since "kindergarten" counts as K-12 School, which is a reason for removal.
