Invalid stop not being removed

Located in Norwood, ON Canada.
Been trying to communicate directly with Niantic but because I'm not the property owner where the stop is physically located they won't deal with me. Obviously someone in their residence wants their own private stop so they have no interest in requesting to remove it. My own backyard is opposite the pond separating the additional block of residences in one of the attached google map screenshots and would be the mostly likely point of possible trespass by anyone attempting to access it.

You can see it's fenced in and has paved path from the pond to their back door. I would've 1* this
How long does it usually take to have appeals noticed??
2 days - forever. Normally around a week.
Thanks. First time having to start this process so didn't know what to expect. It's just extra annoying when perfectly valid and should be accepted stops in our small town are getting rejected, and one that clearly, absolutely violates the terms is somehow being upheld by Niantic themselves 😐🤔
Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
