Why am i getting 4 hours bans for no reason.

I'm only recieving Choose the best description/location reviews in which I'm choosing the appropriate option but for some reason i got another 4 hour review ban in the last 12 hours. Because of this thing my ratings went from Great to fair.

Just Got another one, This time i was very careful but still got banned.
Hello! As you can see in the message of the screenshot you've shared you might encounter a cooldown if anomalies are detected, regardless of your performance rating. Please make sure you follow the Candidate criteria while you review and aren't using any third-party tools/plugins or shortcuts. If you had any of these in the past, please change your account's password to secure it, which should work. Thanks!
