Invalid Portal On Private Residential Property

So I ran into this portal the other day while playing. This Portal is made from a stump of a tree in the front yard of a private single dwelling residential home with no trespassing signs. The location of the in game portal is incorrect as to put it on the other side of the street which is also now a private single dwelling residential home but not the true real world location. Either way this is not a valid portal just look at Google maps or Intel map and you can see

Based on the road and the satellit view, I'm inclined to say that this is indeed in the yard of the house on the opposite side of the road from the portal location. Still, it would be so much easier to tell if you actually made a picture with the house itself in it...
I will try and get a photo during daylight later today as it is 01:51am here on the west coast of Oregon USA but thank you for the advice 👍️

As you can see this is poi is placed in the front yard of a single dwelling private residence. The owner is very nice but does not play any niantic games and would also like this portal removed from his property. I have given him the link for poi removal but would be easier if Niantic could remove by this route instead. As he doesn't really want to give out his private info 🤷♂️

I think this settles it. Once Niantic gets to this appeal, it should be a no-brainer removal.

Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and decided to remove the Wayspot in question. You should see the changes reflected soon.
