Location edit abuse - moving portals from valid location?

There's more and more reviews in Wayfarer where edits are being made from valid location. Some of those edits even mention that a given stop/portal needs to be moved to allow for creation of additional stop or that it will be only moved temporarily and when new Pokestop appears it will be moved back.

Is anything being done about such blatant abuse of location edits? Can anything be done to limit the actions of repeating offenders?

Is anyone reading the comments that can be added in the "Report Abuse" form?

The POI is currently in the green spot - it does not need to be moved back as it's in the correct location.

In this prime example alternative title and description clearly hint that the location edit is to create a new POI, while the satelite picture confirms that current location is valid.

Just chose the correct location. If any of the edit comments suggest chosing a specific point for any reason or ask the reviewer to move a pin away from the correct location , report the comment as "Abuse - attempting to influence reviewer" using the "Abuse" button on the review page - bottom right corner.
