You still need to impress the reviewers why this nomination is not a generic restaurant should be accepted. Just being open for 50 years, and having a parking lot and a station nearby doesn't enough to impress the reviewers.
Is there any local guide (or TripAdvisor-like apps in Japan) that would recommend this restaurant? Just being highly rated in Google also doesn't enough to impress them.
