Are POI with description that have game-specific terms valid?

From the support page I see this:
Do not include the following in the titles or descriptions:
- HTML or URLs
- References to nicknames or game-specific terms (such as Raid or PokéStop)
So now I wonder if those nominations can be considered valid, or should them be rejected?
Thanks!

If that's in the main description in the nomination, just reject it. Even if the POI is valid.

If s nomination has any NIA game reference in the description or title, it's to be rejected. Even if they are valid otherwise.
Thanks.
I hope this won't get me a "Cool down". I get a lot of nominations with invalid descriptions.
I had a war memorial to review that had a reference to World of Warcraft in the description text. As this was totally unrelated, I rejected it as well, even if this wasn't a Niantic game reference. It just felt odd to accept it.
The only time an in game reference would be valid is if it’s related to the Waypoint itself. Such as a mural of a Pikachu would be valid to say Pikachu. A mural that depicts ingress glyphs or team logos would be fine to mention them as such.
If the waypoint is unrelated then it would be rejected.
If it's just in the supporting info rather than title/description just ignore it and curse Niantic for the way they've badly worded the supporting info submission question.
That settles it, I'm commissioning a mural of Pikachu using a Harry Potter wand to draw the "create more portal" glyph sequence. 😁
5 stars all the way to you, good soul.
@grsmhiker-ING I... kind of am doing this 😂
I'm working with my city to create a mural with elements of all 3 games included. Won't quite be pikachu with a Harry Potter wand... but that actually sounds like a cute idea
