Wayfarer bug? POI shows accepted in wayfarer, but the email shows that POI was rejected.

Today, when im checking my submits i saw a wayspot that was accepted, showing in the wayfarer site that my submit was accepted, but when i check my email, the POI was rejected.
The POI not appear in the game, so i presume that was a bug in the site.
Anyone with this problem?

The same thing happened to me about a week ago. I got a rejection Email but my list on wayfarer site showed the nomination was accepted. I had not received a portal key and the POI doesn’t appear in games.
My nomination in question was a tourist map in a parking area which is clearly visible in Google street view. Very unlikely it get rejected (I have made 400+ wayspots and this seems to be an easy one to me).
The rejection Email didn’t tell the reason, which is quite strange, too. (Above Email of savett-ING also doesn’t tell the reason, I guess.)
I doubt this is caused by a bug.
