If you fail the test two times, you wont get a third chance of completing it. So if you failed two times, you are out.

Nope, you will never get a third chance, as long as Ninatic doesnt decide to change their system.

You will only be able to retake the test once after a 30 day waiting period. If you fail for a second time, you will not be able to retake the test again.
