Outdoor gym. Should be eligible. Without seeing the whole nomination and satellite view of the area (context), hard to say anything else.
Easy things to improve.
Take a photo when there's more light. Everything is so blue that it's hard to see.
Put some effort in the title and description. Those are so generic that you'll propably lose a star on that category.

It's correct but very general. Try to for example write the street name into the title and describe the playground a bit in the description. That should help..

Describe the training equipment a bit (traditional sporting equipment painted in blue). Tell who usually uses it, just kids or also adults. Mention something about the location, is it in the park or perhaps near apartment complex. How long has it been there, since soviet times?
Anything that tells the reviewer that it's an important place for neighbourhood, not just a simple jungle gym.

Looks like bad luck. I sadly can't read the title/description, but as a playground, this should be eligible.
