Location pins not showing under "Check for duplicates" or "Location accuracy".

I am currently reviewing nominations via Google Chrome and none of the location markers/pins are showing on the "Check for duplicates" map, nor on the "location accuracy" map.
I have reviewed a few to be sure it wasnt just a one off but the last 3 have looked like this, refreshing the page also has no effect.
Below are a couple screenshots of the maps with no location pins on them.
