Я стараюсь помочь сельской местности с установкой покестопов но каждым разом откланяете. Игрокам сельской местности итак тяжело играть. Многие установили игру и удалили из за не хватки покестопов а установить их итак трудно но еще отклонения получаю. Игра рассчитано только городских жителей? Вот мой отклоненный покестоп, хотя соответствует критериям

Could you post your full nomination here, maybe there is something you could improve in it to be accepted. Please post all photos and text you had in your nomination and reason for rejection. If you could post text in version we could copy, it would be good, because I translate your text in translator and can't write it myself from pictures.
I think picture might be a bit better. For me on this picture I think I might see some outdoor sport equpment (some sports ladders?), but looking first it looked a bit as metal fence painted in blue, it could be a bit closer on picture to see it well. But if I don't see your full nomination and rejection reason it's hard to tell why it could be rejected. Sometimes because of snow people have problem seeing location (I had playground rejected because of snow, it was accepted later when I posted nomination when snow melted), so sometimes waiting for spring to nominate some things is a good idea.
Do you have streetview in your location? What people see on map when they look at this place? Maybe streetview or map is out of date and people don't see this on map so they reject it because they think it don't exist? If it's new thing it would be the case (when I mean new, it can be up to 10 years, in my area streetview is from 2010-2012, map is from 2016-17, so anything that was created after this time doesn't show on it Google Maps.
These are things that come to my mind looking just at the picture. I don't say they're might be the case, but maybe they help you in some way.
Post your full nomination, we will be sure if it's something to improve or you just had bad luck and need to nominate it again (it also happens sometimes).

Oh, I forgot about it because I read from his post it's a small village so I didn't thought about school (in my country villages rarery have they own school).
But it may be it, we can see buildings that doesn't look like normal houses and can be a school. Good guess!
