Unable to change upgrade next, or withdraw nominations

On my nominations screen I am unable to withdraw any nominations or change what is "upgrade next"

You cant withdraw nominations marked as "upgrade next" in general. Also, you cant edit nominations that entered the voting, because someone already voted on it.
is it not possible to change your upgrade next? I cannot remove any of my nominations
No, if something is marked as Upgrade next, you can't do anything with it. You need to upgrade it.
i guess what i'm saying is that...
1) I cannot change what i am upgrading next
2) I cannot remove any nominations, be it the one upgrade next or any other
1) Once you apply upgrade next to a nomination you can't remove that flag and put it on a different nomination. The upgrade next option will only become available to use on another nomination when either the nomination is upgraded or has had a determination.
2) You can withdraw any nominations that you have in queue or in voting, with the exception of the one you have marked as upgrade next.
The same thing happens to me, it cannot be edited or withdrawn, a friend rated my nomination and then threw this error as if the vote was invalid, help!
