This wayspot is not valid because it's a unifamilial private propriety, you can see on the french cadastral the limit of this private area, there is no acces from public domain and is not a compagny area, it's a private garden with fruit trees
I check too the local urbanistic map in case of this place was a commual public land but it's wasn't, this place is in a buildable area for futures houses ("secteur de hameaux permettant l'accueil de construction neuves" if you want translate it)
There is no reason to let this wayspot on the network, it's was an abusive submission
