Submission Improvement for "Lochmoor Club Entrance"

Hi - I just had my first proposal rejected and I wanted to gather feedback to see if I should improve it or identify other potential stops in the area. I received feedback saying: "Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria.", which is unfortunately extremely broad, but I figured a post here can help.
Let me know your thoughts - thanks!
My post was as follows:
Lochmoor Club Entrance
Location:
Description: Lochmoor Club is one of the top subdivisions of Bentonville, Arkansas. The clubhouse includes tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and a community pool.
Supplemental Information: The clubhouse next to the sign was built in 2018. However, it is unfortunately still not yet viewable by Google Aerial or Street View. However, it is a logical location due to the courts, pool, and gatherings due to its amentities.

If you are submitting the clubhouse, take a photo of the clubhouse building. The sign looks like an ordinary subdivision sign for a subdivision named "Lochmoor Club" and your description doesn't help clear up the confusion. Subdivision signs are not eligible unless they have historical or cultural significance.
I agree with TheFarix, this sign look like generic sign for some subdivision or kinda weird-named housing estate, that wouldn't be eligible.
Make photo of clubhouse not the sign alone, add better support description. If it's not on maps or streetview, making photosphere would really help too, especially when you mentions that it has tennis or basketball courts, but reviewers can't see them on your photos or on map (or see big building that could accommodate several courts like that if they're the indoor ones).
I tried making some photospheres recently, and it's not really hard, mobile app is very easy to use, and they're very helpfull for new places like this :)
