@NianticGiffard I know in the past you've been able to take action quickly to make title changes. Can you please ask the team to look at this Wayspot? I understand if the team doesn't think "sensitive locations" like a cemetery meet removal criteria, but can you please press for a title edit to something less emotionally triggering. "In loving memory" should be sufficient enough.
Yeah, so that one, seems more general and blanket. May be a religious statement, but if it's a general "memorial" stone in a public park (I have seen these exact kinds before) I'd say its fine.
Otherwise a single individual, would fall under the same classification as a regular tombstone. No go.
There's argument for approval on a memorial to a notable individual, famous, or influential in the local community. But an unborn child would not fit into any of those categories.
I view memorials as distinct from gravestones, so I would tend to accept them for famous people or groups of people. Part of it would depend on the location and whether it's a clear public monument in its own little space (which I think is fine), or something small and tucked away in a cemetery. I'd also be more inclined to accept a memorial for a historic event if it was in a cemetery, vs something that offered generic blanket coverage like for unborn children.
I think the uniqueness of it definitely plays a role. I don't think these are inherently ineligible, but depends on the situation.
That one is just plain inappropriate, shoving political beliefs about abortion down people's throats. I don't memorials to any random people that are not historically relevant or a notable local figure should be accepted period (including fetuses or infants), but the one in this example is worse than the typical ineligible memorial objects like benches.
