Title of the Wayspot: Детская площадка
Location: 50,5792674, 36,5684974
City: Belgorod
Country: Russia
Photos to support your claim:
And photosphere: https://www.google.com/maps/@50.5792506,36.5685762,3a,75y,40h,90t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sAF1QipPRVHoO4sSbPRzi3tyVfxQ7n5sI6PL0lYgzpwCp!2e10
Additional information: It took me some time to write this post but this is quite okay solid permanent playground in rather open place near buldings and pathways. All schools, fire forces stations or something like that are far away from this spot. I know that it's not an art masterpiece or something as a wayspot but it was good, popular and comfortable place for local players. Thay turned very sad when it had disappeared from PoGo. Though it was a fresh gym at that moment. We are walking and driving by this place everyday and it is sad to see that it is gone from games. Bring it back online, please.

Correct the geoloc - it's invalid.
No it's not. Kind of... I just can't pin the half meter sharp location of portal that was removed. Location in photosphere is more accurate I guess.
However, Google maps do not show anything when one enters the data you provided.
I don't know. I copied location from Google maps. In photosphere link and all there are almost the same numbers. I just checked photosphere link. Here are short version. I guess. https://maps.app.goo.gl/tkw7VJFhmd9bUtJJA
I am afraid this link is invalid too. It shows the Google user photosphere but then redirects me to my own current geolocation. It is impossible to determine the location of the photosphere you presented here.
Everything's fine for me. I checked again. Maybe some problem on your side. My previous posts were made the same way, so I can't tell what's wrong.
I chcecked and geolocation indeed is invalid, but you only need to correct two things.
You posted it as 50,5792674, 36,5684974 - you have "," in place where you need "."
This is corrected and works for me: 50.5792674 36.5684974
And photosphere does works for me from your link, I can see this playgroound on it. And I checked map and I can even see much smaller older version of it in streetview, so it is here for sure.
But there is a school just near this playground, it's a school number 28, it's on the right side from this playground. It doesn't look like playground is a part of this school, but I think it was reason someone used for deletion of this portal.
It would help a bit if you made some photos that show how far away is this playground from school ground, as on map view trees cover the view and most of playground. I also think I see fence of this school a bit away behind playground and that's would mean playground isn't on school ground (because it's not in fenced area of school), but to confimr it, you can also take photo of playground's information board if it has it, there should be something about that it's a public playground. If it doesn't have one, photos that show how far away from school this playground is would be enough to prove it's on public ground I think.
Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to restore the Portal in question.
