Nomination rejected for false reason
Please help me to improve this nomination for the next time. it was rejected for a bad reason (The real-world location of the nomination could not be confirmed to have an acceptable pedestrian pathway leading up to it.)

If the reason is lack of pathways: it is on a small island. If it dosen't seem like its man made, see picture. This is made 1752. The yellow part is painted on every 15 yrs. This is a borderstone between Sweden and Norway and the kings monogram are on both sides of the heart-stone the one in the middle facing flat too each of the countrys.
Just because it's hard to reach, does not mean it's not portal worthy

Comments
How would anyone reach the portal? If I understood what you were asking.
Is there a moring point on the island?
It is a tiny island and can only be reached by boat. Niantic have side places like this are no longe eligible due to "lack of pedestrian access", so the rejection reason is correct.
POIs on small islands are ok. Assuming it is safe to land by boat or canoe and then walk to the marker.
Proving that is nominator's job.
Norway is a nation whit many mountain peeks and islands. On the mountain peeks we have what we call "varde" its an manmade constitution made of many little rocks placed upon each other. Many of then several hundred yrs old, If lost in the mountain you can follow these to shelter or civilization. Its not that many peeks in Norway having a pathway too them, many are portals.
On our many islands vi have the same sorts of constructions and lighthouses. The most of them have portal status even there are no pathways, some of them so far out at open see that most ppl wont ever reach them even by boat. Either they all should be removed or portals like this should be accepted. This portal looks like is a long hike and a small ride either by boat, canoe or kajak. In the wintertime cross country skiing is surly possible on both land and the frozen lake. Tresticlans national park is 300 meters to the east of this nomination its full of trails and well wort a visit. It's one of the most beautiful place's .

All this information would be good to add as additional information for your next attempt.
You are still dodging the question. Is there a permanent mooring on the island? Without it, anything on the island is ineligible for lacking pedestrian access.
@TheFarix-PGO OP has posted only once in this thread. Different ingressor posted general info about the landmarks.
No, there is no mooring there, because the islet is located in a nature reserve. So you have to use canoe / packraft in the summer, in the winter you can use skis / skates.
Then that would render it as not having safe pedestrian access. There have already been too many players who drowned as they attempt to reach remote Portals in tiny islands.
I did not realize that a mooring would save someone from drowning! Today I learned....
Sources cited, please?
The only drowning I'm aware of would not have been avoided if there was a dock available.
[Edited because "de'ath" is a bad word on Vanilla 🙄 my bad for using such foul language]
