Firstly, here is the photo I took of this pillar showing more of the surroundings. It is outside at Garema Place.
Below is my edit request visualised. This pillar's location is currently in the middle of a building, which is sheerly incorrect.
Here is a screenshot of Google Street View to present that it is indeed outside, beneath the recommended portal's actual location.
