Nomination Disappeared

I recently submitted a brand new casino in Philadelphia in the US and the nomination just is gone. It disappeared. I had a second sub from the same casino that one had initially disappeared but now it's back. I heard about this happening in India, but i'm in the U.S. Please help.

Niantic saw that you submitted ineligible things and deleted them.
Just kidding, what happened was that they propably need to get checked as an "abuse check" by Niantic. It can also be a visual glitch, which was often the case in the past.
But still, a Casino doesnt meet any criteria and is an inappropiate location.
