The Niantic mods propably forgot your appeal.

If you report or (like you already did) ask for an update on it, it should get re-viewed and maybe prozessed

@NianticGray srsly? it still appears in the Ingress app. even restarted my phone to be sure. Will also file a complaint in in-app support, but omg ****, what a pain. it really has been over a year (and across 3 forums) since the initial complaint. do us a solid and triple check, please?
