Any tips on reviewing?

I'm on a cooldown I think and I heard about them being super annoying which it is. But I might be reviewing soon and I was wondering if you had any tips to share?

I saw a comment like this:

"Tree -> 1*

Fake POI -> 1*

Any kind of garden decoration -> 1*

Stone -> 1*

Street sign -> 1*

Another tree -> 1*"

Which I think is quite helpful, do you have anything to add that I should be aware of?

Rejection reasons > acceptance criteria

If something is in theory eligible but located on schoolground, it went from 5 to 1 star.
