Can you post your full nomination (all photos, descriptions and location) in Nomination Improvement part of this forum? We can help you only when we see your full nomination :)
And this was your only rejection you got in mail?
And I must say looking at your photos it looks like on private house fence, and if it is on PRP, it won't be accepted. Maybe it is multi-family house, but I can't see it from your photo. Please post your full nomination in correct forum part, and we will try to help you :)
Its on the fence, because its memory for the house
Looks like its in the wall of a private property. This would make it ineligible
Yes, but its on the wall, because its the memory of the house, its a special house, and they didnt said, its because the property they said this:
Translation: Pametni deska= memorial desk
The wall/fence counts also as PRP.
yes but its there because its a memoar of the house
That still wouldn't make it eligible.
You got one of the rejection reason in your mail for being on ground of private house (the last one: "The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on private residential property or farm").
The other two means someone didn't see it on streetview (If there is one, I can't tell. And if there isn't streetview, reviewers won't see it only on map view, so there is reason for this rejection) and because of that someone also belived it might be fake nomination. To tell the truth, making photos at night isn't the best idea for any nomination (except some that are art light sculptures that looks the best at night), and it makes hard for reviewers to see where it really is too.
I'm sorry, but it's on single-family house fence, it means it's on private property so it doesn't met acceptance criteria. If you could prove that it's not single-family house and make better photos (at sunny day are the best), it might have a chance, but if it's on single-family house ground, then it won't be accepted.
Maybe you have something else that you can nominate in nearby location? Some playground, church, shrine, restaurant or something like that would be much easier to to accept for reviewers.
If the house is a historic home that is owned by the town it could be eligible. Even a historic or culturally unique home that is still a single family private residence is considered PRP and ineligible. Based on your write up and supporting documentation it still appears to be a private residence. @LukeAllStars-PGO is correct this is still considered PRP per guidelines. If you can prove otherwise then take another swing at it. But very likely that it will continue to be denied as it hits very specific and widely agreed upon rejection criteria.
its on the fence of a private residential house. Ineligible.
