Tips to avoiding cooldown?

I just got out of a 4 day cooldown and I don't wanna go through that again. :/ any tips to avoiding this annoying problem?

Take your time with reviewing, wait for at least 20 seconds per review. Always prefer the rejection criteria instead of accepting everything. Double-check some objects, some might be fake POIs.
I try to not review more then one a minute. I go to my email between reviews then come back. Try to not give all fives or all rejections. I try to mix up my reviewing trends, which ultimately leads to better review practices. Not everything is five stars across the board, not everything is a rejection. There's a grey area in there on purpose, use it.
What is your rating? Good, great, fair, poor? How long have you been reviewing? These also seem relevant, but I can only speak for myself because the whole process is shrouded in mystery. I went several months with regular four-day cooldowns. They are frustrating, for sure. Once my rating improved to “great,” I started getting edits as well as reviews. And, of course, use due diligence in reviewing. Good luck!
Don't try to avoid them. I'd rather get a cooldown than spending 10 seconds on reviewing a tree.

You said you had a four-day cooldown, but “haven’t gotten a cooldown yet?” I’m confused. You may get additional cooldowns (four days) for a while. They seem part of the package when one is fairly new at reviewing. Good luck.
I finally managed to get a cool down!
Now I understand why I never had one before: I normally reviewing my phone and even for instant rejects just scrolling to see the title and selecting the rejection reason naturally takes longer than in the PC, where you can see everything on the screen at the same time.
I guess Niantic not detection algorithm doesn't take this into account
Oh, i got a cooldown before i even got to review one nomination for some reason, but then I started reviewing and no cooldown
